  • How long does it take you to process my order?
    If your item is in stock, we will process your order straight away.
  • How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped?
    Provided that your item is in stock, and that your payment method is valid, we will ship your order within five business days.
  • How do I return an item and get a refund?
    First of all, your order must meet our return criteria. This means that your item needs to be unused and complete of all its parts and accessories. At this point, you simply submit a return from us via email, and wait for your unique return label number and return instructions. When you have received these, you need to re-package your item and send it to the specified address. Once we get your item back, our warehouse staff checks it carefully to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If it does, we refund the original price of the item (minus a 25% restocking fee) to your original payment method. Please see details and instructions on the Shipping & Returns Page.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    We are sorry, but we currently do not offer exchanges.
  • I ordered something but I have now changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
    Of course, you can cancel your order for free within the first 48 hours since placing your order. After that, you will be subject to a $20 administration fee.

    If your order has already been shipped, you will also be responsible for any related return shipping charges.

    If you refuse your shipment for any reason, you will also need to pay a 25% restocking fee as well as any extra freight charges associated with returning the shipment. Please see details and instructions on the Shipping & Returns Page.
  • My item has arrived damaged. Can I ask for a refund?
    We are sorry about your damaged item! Sure, simply take lots of pictures of the damages and email them to us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will then proceed with a refund process. Please see details and instructions on the Shipping & Returns Page.
  • Do you pay for return shipments?
    We are sorry, but at the moment we do not pay for return shipments. Make sure to select a trusted freight carrier who provides tracking number, shipping insurance, and appropriate packaging.
