At Garden Forests, we take your satisfaction very seriously. Read below to find out more about how we manage shipping processes and refund policies.

Shipping

If the item that you have ordered is in stock, and your payment gets processed correctly, we will ship your order within five business date from your purchase.

Within 24 hours of your product leaving our warehouse, we will also send you full tracking information, so you are always aware of the progress of your order.

Returns

Have you received an item that you are not entirely happy with or has changed your mind?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return it, but have put a process in place to enable you to do so quickly and easily.

After receiving your product, you have 30 days to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same re-sellable condition that you received it – which means it has to be in its untampered original packaging, unused and complete of all its accessories, hardware, instructions, warranties, and other related paperwork, including the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Are you ready to begin your return process? Check out our easy step-by-step guide below.

Step 1: Email us at returns@gardenforests.com and request your unique Return Authorization Number. 

Step 2: Your request is accepted and we send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Step 3: Find a carrier. Return shipments must be paid by you, so to return your item in the most efficient and reliable way please ensure that you select a trusted freight carrier that will provide a tracking number, shipping insurance, and appropriate packaging, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. 

Step 4: We receive your parcel and our warehouse staff inspects it carefully to ensure it meets our return criteria. 

Step 5: You receive a refund equal to the original purchase price, minus applicable restocking fee (10% for Riverstone products and 15% for Solexx products) and the original shipping fees, on your original payment method.

If your parcel doesn’t meet our return standards, because the item is damaged, missing parts, or is not in resalable condition, we are sorry, but we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Damages and Other Issues

We just wanted to remind you to carefully inspect the packaging of your item as soon as it has been delivered. In the unlikely event that you notice any damages or other issues, please make a note when you are signing for delivery. Additionally, if you could take a few photos of the damage and description of the damage and send them to returns@gardenforests.com within 48 hours, we'll be happy to help resolve the issue for you.

Exchanges

We are sorry, but we currently do not process exchanges. The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the one that you have, and make a separate purchase for your new item as soon as your return is accepted.

Cancellations

To cancel items from your order, please send an email to orders@gardenforests.com with your order number and the specific items you wish to cancel. If the order has not been shipped yet, our team will process the cancellation and issue a refund for the items. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

If you refuse your shipment for any reason, you will also need to pay applicable restocking fee (10% for Riverstone products and 15% for Solexx products) as well as any extra freight charges associated with returning the shipment.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
